LeadPages Promotes Tech Vet To COO
Minneapolis startup LeadPages named John Tedesco as its chief operating officer on Monday.
Tedesco has served as chief customer officer since early 2015, but the title change is seen as a promotion. At 15-year veteran of the tech industry, he will be in charge of the fast-growing startup’s day-to-day operations and implement strategic plans for the company.
“With his proven track record for successfully driving innovation, John’s leadership skills are well-suited to lead LeadPages’ growth initiatives moving forward,” CEO Clay Collins said in a statement.
LeadPages, which offers customizable landing pages for businesses, is one of the Twin Cities’ fastest-growing companies in the last two years by hiring. A tech.mn analysis of LinkedIn data found that the company had about 150 employees as of February. That’s a 284 percent change over 24 months.
The company continues to grow and is still looking for top leadership slots, including a chief financial officer.
