Agnelo Fernandes, CEO of Cote Hospitality since 2023, is recognized as a thought leader in hospitality and “luxury lifestyle” industries, with experience spanning the real estate, restaurant, tourism, and spa/wellness sectors. Before taking over the Minneapolis-based management company, which oversees a collection of resorts (Grandview Lodge) and camp destinations in Minnesota (Camp Lincoln, Lake Hubert) and Arizona, Fernandes worked for nearly 12 years in executive leadership at Coral Tree Hospitality and Terranea Resort in California.
