ThreeBridge Solutions Makes Third Acquisition in Three Months
Minneapolis-based ThreeBridge Solutions has been on an acquisition streak as of late. The business intelligence and tech-focused consulting firm on Thursday announced its acquisition of 3sage Consulting LLC, a data-driven consultancy based in Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition amounts to its third in less than three months.
Bringing 3sage under its wing will complement ThreeBridge’s Smart Data solution offerings, including in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
“ThreeBridge is thrilled to be entering into the Atlanta market with Rick [Young, 3sage founder and CEO] and the 3sage team,” said Jim Kelly, ThreeBridge founder and CEO. “Their reputation for quality delivery and thought leadership in the enterprise data space, combined with our ability to scale nationally across a broader solution set, creates a very strong offering for our clients and consultants.”
Prior to purchasing 3sage, ThreeBridge in early November inked a deal for a “transformation” consultancy out of Tampa, Florida known as BlueLine Associates.
Only weeks before that deal, in late October, ThreeBridge acquired LiftPoint Consulting, marketing analytics and data science solutions provider out of Eden Prairie. With LiftPoint in particular, ThreeBridge gained the ability to provide additional off-site data support to certain clients the keep strict data security policies.
Founded in 2009, ThreeBridge Solutions currently is comprised of more than 600 consultants serving 90 clients nationwide. With its recent acquisitions, including Thursday’s for 3sage, the local consultancy is quickly expanding its operations throughout the country.
“This couldn’t be a better fit, and we are beyond excited about the future of ThreeBridge in Atlanta,” said 3sage founder and CEO Rick Young.
Young believes 3sage will benefit from ThreeBridge’s resource pool and other components it offers, such as its associate training program known as Boom Lab.
For all three acquisitions, terms of each deal were not disclosed.
