Serial Entrepreneur Seeks Funding For New Health Care Co.
A serial entrepreneur in the health care space is back and looking for money for his latest project.
Tech.mn reports on an SEC filing showing that John Fraser is seeking $350,000 in convertible debt as part of the research and development phase of Treatment.com.
The company describes itself as “a real-time, multi-channel communication platform that uses visual messaging” to help health care teams collaborate and review treatment plans.
Fraser is the cofounder of Ability Network and ApeniMed, both of which he spun off: Ability to private equity firms, while ApeniMed was scooped up by a Green Bay, Wisconsin-based health information management firm.
