Women’s Leadership Conference
TeamWomenMN is hosting its sixth annual women’s leadership conference, with the theme “Fearless Women, Fascinating Minds.” Event sessions focus on the body, mind and spirit of attendees and are geared to professional development and networking. Former KARE-11 anchor Roxanne Battle will be the MC; author, TV personality and entrepreneur India Hicks will be the keynote speaker. Other speakers include fitness expert Chris Freytag and TeamWomenMN founder Pam Borton.

Alzheimer’s Association Purple Gala
This 25th-anniversary gala recognizes people whose lives have been affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The event’s activities include a reception, silent auction, gourmet dinner, live auction, entertainment and an afterparty with a live band. Proceeds go to Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

Influencer Marketing vs. PR Lunch Event
Joe Thornton, vice president of content and PR for Aimclear, will be the luncheon speaker at this Saint Paul Chamber of Commerce event. Thornton, who has worked in broadcasting, public relations and corporate communications, will discuss the intersections of PR and influencer marketing. The event will include networking, program and lunch.

Opportunity Partners Gala
Nearly 350 people, including family, donors, business partners and industry leaders, are expected to turn out to support quality of life for people with disabilities. The organization’s fundraising goal is $200,000.
