Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US Inc. is continuing to stay busy with health care-related development. On Wednesday morning, Ryan Companies announced that it had broken ground on a new 26,000-square-foot clinic in Maple Grove. Park Nicollet will lease the entire facility, which is slated to open in December.
 
Bloomington-based HealthPartners and St. Louis Park-based Park Nicollet Health Services completed a merger at the outset of 2013. The combined group operates under the HealthPartners name, but facilities for each group have maintained their historical names.
 
The one-story medical office building will house Park Nicollet Physical Therapy and HealthPartners Physicians Neck & Back Center. The building is located at The Grove Village Shopping Center in Maple Grove, a retail center designed and master-planned by Ryan Companies.
 
In mid-June, Ryan Companies broke ground on a 40,000-square-foot medical office building in Brooklyn Park, which will be anchored by the Brooklyn Park-based PrairieCare LLC.
 
Ryan is developing and constructing the Maple Grove property. St. Paul-based BWBR Architects designed the clinic.
