A Coon Rapids-based dental staffing company tops this year’s list of Inc. 5000 companies from Minnesota.

This week, Inc. magazine released its 43rd annual list of “fastest-growing private companies in America.” Eighty companies based in Minnesota made this year’s list, down just one from last year, but largely in line with the state’s showing over the last couple years.

The list ranks private businesses based on revenue growth over the last three years. To be eligible for the list, companies must submit an application and pay a $495 processing fee, according to Inc. Over an eight-month process, the magazine’s staff then verifies revenue figures and vets the applicants.

The three-year revenue growth for this year’s Minnesota entrants was down noticeably compared to 2023. Kwikly Dental Staffing, which came in first among Minnesota companies, reported revenue growth of 2,124% between 2020 and 2023. But ECO BCG Corp., last year’s top Minnesota entrant, reported three-year revenue growth of over 4,000%.

This year, Minnesota-based companies on the list reported 201% median growth, according to Inc. Fifty-five were repeat honorees from prior years.
