Each year, St. Catherine University and the Minnesota Women's Economic Roundtable (MWER) produce the Minnesota Census of Women in Corporate Leadership, which examines whether progress is being made by the state's top 100 public companies in diversifying their boards of directors or increasing the percentage of women executive officers. And this year's study found that women have gained some ground in companies statewide.
