Forbes Names JonnyPops Co-Founders to “30 Under 30” List

The St. Louis Park popsicle maker is drawing national attention.

Two co-founders of St. Louis Park-based JonnyPops are sticking out in the business world.

Erik Brust and Connor Wray were named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list of young entrepreneurs in the Food & Drink category.

Brust and Wray are both 25.

JonnyPops makes seven flavors of fruit and cream popsicles, using “nothing artificial” in the ingredients.

They started the company in 2011 while still students at St. Olaf College in Northfield, but the product has since found its way to shelves at Target, Walmart and Costco stores. Forbes describes the pops as “smoothies-on-a-stick.”
