Top Tickets: Ghost Brothers Of Darkland County
When musician John Mellencamp bought a cabin, it came with a story—about a murder and some ghosts. The story inspired Mellencamp to write some songs, then he enlisted Stephen King to flesh out the creepy thread that runs through them, and hired T-Bone Burnett to produce. The result is a Southern gothic, supernatural musical about two brothers who hate each other, and about whom many songs are sung—though not, unfortunately, by Mellencamp himself.
