Target to Sell Christmas Trees on Web Site

Online shoppers will find some new products to purchase at this holiday season, including fresh Christmas trees, wreaths, and garlands.

The Minneapolis-based retailer announced Wednesday that it will start offering the fresh Christmas trees, wreaths, and garlands on its Web site starting November 15.

The Christmas trees-which range in price from $79.99 to $159.99, depending on height-can be pre-ordered now with free shipping included.

A Wednesday afternoon phone call to a Target representative to get details on the company's new holiday products was not immediately returned.

Target also announced Wednesday that it is offering free shipping for customers that spend $50 or more on from November 21 to December 11.

In addition, the company is launching “Daily Deals” on through the holiday season, which offer exclusive one-day savings of up to 50 percent off Target's regular prices on 17 items every Monday and 50 percent off regular prices of five toy items.
