Take a Sneak Peek Video Tour of Fulton’s New Brewery

A new video provides a look inside Fulton's downtown Minneapolis brewery, as well as some insight into the beer making process from co-founder Brian Hoffman.

Mpls. St. Paul Magazine offers a peek inside Fulton Beer's new downtown Minneapolis brewery, ahead of its official opening.

A video on the magazine's Web site features food and dining editor Stephanie March talking shop with Fulton co-founder Brian Hoffman, who shares a quick how-to on beer infusions and other processes involved in beer making. He also discusses beer and food pairings-so check out the video if you often find yourself huddled around a campfire, wondering which Fulton beer would go best with a S'more.

Fulton's four co-owners in March announced plans to open a new brewery in downtown Minneapolis' warehouse district. The owners, who started brewing beer in one of their garages, began leasing space at 414 Sixth Avenue North-just a few blocks from Target Field-about a year ago. The interior was demolished, and brewing equipment was installed over the summer. Co-owner Jim Diley told Twin Cities Business in August that the brewery was ready for production-but the process of obtaining the necessary federal, state, and local licenses would likely mean the facility won't be up and running until later this month, at the earliest.
