Minneapolis-based staffing firm Pro Staff announced Monday that it has changed its corporate name to Atterro, Inc.

The company, which will do business as Atterro Human Capital Group, has altered its structure to provide three primary services: interim staffing, executive search, and “SmartSourcing”-through which the company said it can manage entire projects or departments for long periods of time. According to Atterro, the SmartSourcing service is more flexible than traditional outsourcing, and it allows clients to focus on results without being concerned with managing the workforce on a daily basis.

“Through economic headwinds or tailwinds, our clients have come to rely on us to provide creative approaches and measurable results through our three service lines,” Clay E. Morel, CEO and co-founder of the company, said in a statement. “The corporate name change from Pro Staff to Atterro Human Capital Group enables us to more effectively communicate the value our company has been providing to our clients for years.”

The company's administrative and light-industrial segment will retain the Pro Staff brand. Its other three brands are called Digital People Creative and Marketing, Hunter Hamilton Finance and Accounting, and Ware Technology Services. Atterro said that all four of its business segments are capable of providing the SmartSourcing service to the industry in which it specializes.

The company, which was founded in 1982, provides staffing services to the marketing, finance and accounting, engineering, information technology, and administrative and light-industrial industries.
