Notable Women in Manufacturing 2021

Meet this year’s 14 Notable Women in Manufacturing, exemplary leaders in a traditionally male-dominated field. They work at both large and small manufacturers, which produce everything from welding and automotive supplies to candy and apparel, and their expertise covers a wide range: engineering and manufacturing processes, logistics, data, technology, and packaging. Many also volunteer as mentors and advocates to help bring more women into the field.

Methodology: The individuals featured did not pay to be included. Their profiles were drawn from nomination materials. This list is not comprehensive; it includes only people who were nominated and accepted after editorial review. To qualify for this list, individuals must
have at least five years of experience in their field, and have shown the ability to effect change in their roles or areas of practice.
