Minneapolis Ad Agency Names New President
Minneapolis-based ad agency Clarity Coverdale Fury (CCF) has named Rob Rankin its new president.
CCF has worked with brands such as Dairy Queen, Land O’ Lakes, Belvedere Vodka, Pillsbury, and the Minnesota Zoo.
Rankin has held various positions at the agency for the last 18 years; prior to the promotion to president he was vice president and director of brand development.
“Rob’s business acumen and marketing savvy make him a perfect fit for this role,” CEO Tim Clarity, who the firm said will remain actively involved in the agency and manages a number its key brands, said in a statement. “Of equal importance is that in his 18 years here, Rob has not only developed a deep understanding of our culture, but has helped shape it.”
CCF is 33 years old and said it focuses on the packaged goods, health and wellness, and financial services industries, as well as cause marketing—which involves working with groups trying to achieve goals involving a charitable or social cause.
“It’s been an absolute privilege to work with such a talented group of people,” Rankin said. “It’s an exciting time in the history of our industry, we have a great leadership team in place, and we are looking forward to taking on the challenges that face our clients’ brands.”
