A 28–year veteran of the Twin Cities hospitality industry, Kim Meck is a Six Sigma Black Belt and the manager of meeting, events, and trade show management at 3M—where she has worked for the past two decades. Prior to joining 3M, Meck worked at a number of high-profile local hotels in a variety of sales responsibilities. Meck has also served on the customer advisory board of Hilton Hotels and is a former board member of the Minnesota chapter of the Meeting Professionals International and the Trade Show & Event Professionals Association. Meck, who is from Cambridge, Minnesota, holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Minnesota State University.
