Hillcrest Golf Club in St. Paul has been listed for sale by Grubb & Ellis Company for $4.2 million.

The 18-hole, 72-par private golf club is located at 2200 East Larpenteur Avenue. Hillcrest Golf Club boasts an 18,426-square-foot clubhouse, which was built in 2000. The club, which was established in 1921, also includes a swimming pool, a practice facility, and spaces in which it hosts weddings, meetings, and other events. The lot for sale occupies 112 acres.

Hillcrest Golf Club is currently promoting a “membership drive” on its Web site, which includes reduced monthly dues, no initiation, and no food minimums.
