Veterans in the Workplace - Why Still So Few? 

Minnesota has made strides in recent years when it comes to employing more out-of-work veterans. But the disparity between unemployed vets and non-vet has actually worsened. Through 2016, the veteran unemployment rate was 56 percent higher than civilian. When Twin Cities Business first started its annual report card on this issue in 2010, that rate was 33 perecent higher than non-vets.
