By 2022, the number of Chinese outbound tourists is predicted to double from 131 million tourists in 2017; signaling a revolutionary change and opportunity for the global travel industry. Join John M. Kidd, CEO of Minneapolis based Radisson Hospitality, Inc., as he shares the lessons learned, and leveraged, as the company responds to these changing global travel trends.
Mr. Kidd has more than 40 years of hospitality industry experience, with significant expertise operating and managing hotels worldwide. In 2017, he assumed the role of chief executive officer and chief operating officer of Radisson Hospitality, Inc. based in Minneapolis and is responsible for a portfolio of more than 1,400 hotels across its eight distinctive brands. Now he has his sights set on reinvigorating the company, so it can realize on the immense outbound tourism opportunities ahead.
