Description
Beth Wozniak is the CEO of nVent, a $2.2 billion, high-performance electrical company with 9,000 employees worldwide. In 2018, nVent became an independent, publicly traded company after separating from Pentair. The company's portfolio includes electrical brands such as nVent CADDY, ERICO, HOFFMAN, RAYCHEM, SCHROFF, and TRACER.
Before becoming nVent's CEO, Wozniak served as Pentair's senior vice president and president of its Electrical segment, and as president of Pentair's Flow Filtration Solutions global business unit, respectively. Prior to joining Pentair in 2015, Wozniak held several leadership and program management positions at Honeywell and its predecessor AlliedSignal.
At Honeywell, she held several executive positions, including president of Environmental and Combustion Controls business; president of its Sensing and Control business; vice president of Business Integration; vice president of Six Sigma; and vice president of Engineering and Program Management.
She received a bachelor's degree in engineering from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and an MBA from York University in Toronto.
