Crown College Announces New Online MBA Program

The North Central Association of the Higher Learning Commission approved the brand new, entirely online program last month.

Crown College is launching a new online MBA program that just received formal approval from the North Central Association of the Higher Learning Commission, the St. Bonifacius-based college recently announced.

Crown is now accepting applications for the program, which will begin in February 2011. The program will emphasize a global business perspective and consist of 42 credits; instructors will emphasize a Christian worldview.

According to the college, the degree will prepare students for professional advancement while “instilling a strong sense of ethical responsibility that is sought-after and valued by employers.”

The program is offered exclusively online to give working students flexibility and accessibility.

Crown Director of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum Fawn McCracken calls the MBA program, which costs $400 per credit, “the best value per credit hour.”

Founded in 1916, Crown College is a private Christian College that began with four students who wanted to study the Bible. The college has expanded since then and now teaches many areas, majors, and disciplines.
