Shelly Elmore is the publisher of Twin Cities Business magazine. She joined the magazine in 2001 and was appointed publisher in 2010. Shelly previously served as director of marketing for the Minnesota Orchestra and worked in account management and media services for City Business, Skyway News and several Twin Cities advertising agencies.
