10-Story Luxury Apartment Bldg. Coming to St. Louis Park
A joint venture on Tuesday said it plans to complete construction of a 10-story, 192-unit luxury St. Louis Park apartment building in March.
E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc., and Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc.—real estate companies based in Madison, Wisconsin, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, respectively—announced plans for the project in conjunction with insurance and financial services company Northwestern Mutual.
The development, called 36 Park, will be located at 3601 Park Center Boulevard at the intersection of Highway 100 and West 36 Street.
An E.J. Plesko & Associates representative declined to disclose the overall cost of the project, and the companies involved did not specify who is funding the development. Applications from prospective residents are being accepted.
Chicago-based HOK is the architect for the development, which will include a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and grill, views of the Minneapolis skyline, and a “clubroom” complete with a billiards table, culinary kitchen, and double-sided fireplace. The development will also feature “a piazza recreation area” with space for outdoor games, according to the project’s developers.
In a statement, David Gevers, director of development for E.J. Plesko & Associates, described the development as a “unique combination of exceptional design, environmental stewardship, art, and better living functionality.”
