Minneapolis-based Steven Meirink has been named CEO of Wolters Kluwer’s Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC) division. FCC provides lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions to financial institutions and legal entity compliance solutions to corporations, small businesses, and law firms. He was previously General Manager of the Dutch technology company’s Compliance Solutions business. Wolters Kluwer employs 20,000 professionals globally and reported 2022 revenues of €5.5 billion.
