Winter & Associates, an independent financial services firm and a St. Paul fixture with 116 years of continuous operation, has welcomed fifth-generation family member Shelby Tietel to the firm as associate wealth advisor. Tietel is the daughter of Financial Advisor, President and Chief Compliance Officer Nicole Winter Tietel.

Tietel earned a bachelor’s degree in management, magna cum laude, from Boston College with concentrations in marketing and business analytics.
