Medtronic Chief HR Officer Carol Surface has been named a 2020 National Academy of Human Resources Fellow (NAHR) and was inducted during a virtual gala on Nov 5. This prestigious honor is bestowed to HR leaders for their overall achievements and contributions to the advancement of HR. NAHR Fellows represent a community of superior talent, experience, and accomplishment; and are selected through peer nomination and CEO endorsement. Carol joined Medtronic in 2013.
