Kam Talebi left the technology sector for hospitality nearly a decade ago. His prolific company (in 2013 described as a $60 million business) is best known for its glam, female-centric Crave restaurants now located throughout the country. Still, Kaskaid has shown a penchant for growth and risk in recent years, experimenting with concepts right and left, buying into others, quickly disposing of what hasn’t worked.
