When it came time for health insurance startup Bind Benefits Inc. to begin offering a fully insured health plan, the company looked to health care veteran Jodi Hubler. The company, which functions as a health plan administrator, rolled out its own full health insurance plan in September 2020, not long after Hubler signed on as president. Having served as a Bind board member since its inception in 2016, she was in a good position to help the company expand. And with 14 years at the helm of health-related venture capital firm Lemhi Ventures, Hubler has a track record of nurturing successful health startups.
