A business owner for more than 25 years, Dee Thibodeau approaches life with the mindset to always be an entrepreneur, no matter what the environment. She has put that to the test in many business and nonprofit leadership roles, including starting and running Milestone Investments and co-founding and leading Plymouth-based Charter Solutions, a health care management consulting company. She also served as chair of the Minnesota High Tech Association and president of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She currently champions National Women on Boards to expand women's opportunities for coporate leadership.
