It's not every attorney who grew up riding an Arctic Cat snowmobile and now makes arguments on the company's behalf. But that's pretty much Daley, who is far from your typical attorney in a lot of ways. She grew up on a farm in Lewiston tooling around on three-wheelers and is now one of the most accomplished litigators in the Twin Cities at Barnes & Thornburg. In fact, in 2006, as lead counsel for Arctic Cat Inc. in patent litigation involving electronic fuel-injection technology for two-stroke cycle snowmobile engines, Daley helped achieve summary judgement for Arctic Cat on six separate legal grounds. The victory led to her honor as Minnesota Lawyer's Attorney of the Year.
