Starting at precisely 9:01 in the evening, the Northern Spark Festival is an all-night art barnstorming experience, with attendees ranging from tattooed art students to classical music buffs. This year’s theme is “Projecting the City,” and artists from all genres—including interactive installations, video, spontaneous performances—will be on hand, challenging you to see Minneapolis through new eyes.
