Kevin Brown has led Sleep Number’s edge marketing function since 2014, repositioning the Minneapolis giant from a mattress retailer to a sleep technology innovator and wellness brand. His guidance drives breakthrough executions in brand expression, brand experiences, digital engagement, multichannel media, customer loyalty programs, and more. Throughout the pandemic, he shifted Sleep Number’s promotional strategy to focus on storytelling and sleep education for consumers. At a time when 80% of Sleep Number’s stores were closed due to the pandemic, his leadership helped the brand achieve six consecutive quarters of double-digit demand growth. Brown is a Sundance Film Festival Brand Storytelling Advisory Board member and a member of Google’s Retail Advisory Council.
