Since joining Allianz Life three years ago, Jennifer Marso has measurably shifted the perception of Allianz Life by redefining how it shares its story, internally and externally. She has led three main initiatives to help people feel connected to the Golden Valley-based insurance company’s brand: focusing Allianz’s thought leadership work, highlighting the company as an employer of choice, and establishing a new strategy for community engagement. Marso has also led a new strategy for community engagement work aimed at reducing barriers to economic inclusion, which includes partnering with community organizations in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. Allianz recently made a $450,000, three-year commitment to Keystone Community Services in Ramsey County.
