In 2002, Donald Raleigh formed Evolve Systems in St. Paul with his wife, Marnie Ochs-Raleigh, to serve the small to mid-sized Minnesota business community with digital services. In addition to Evolve Systems, Raleigh also founded Evolve Payment, a merchant services agency that prioritizes bringing ethics and trust back into merchant processing. After identifying a unique gap in the market, he created and developed AdaptrPay, software that gives merchants control over their customer data and addresses the risks associated with transferring processors. Raleigh served eight years of active duty in the Army, as a guard for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and as a presidential guard for Ronald Reagan. Today, he’s an active member of the veteran community, including the VFW (Veterans of Foreign War), and is a lifetime member and color guard at his local Lino Lakes American Legion Chapter.
