In her first four years at full-service creative agency Colle McVoy, Christine Fruechte worked her way up the ranks from director of client services to president and then CEO, a position she’s held since 2008. In the past year, her leadership has the Minneapolis-based agency projecting double-digit growth for 2022, thanks to a record-breaking new business run that welcomed iconic brands like Goodyear Tires, Perdue, Northern Tool + Equipment, and Blu Dot. This growth is the outcome of sweeping changes led by Fruechte, including transforming operations into a four-team model; redefining the agency’s mission and vision; combining the media and data science practices; revamping the agency’s new business process; and nurturing a creative culture.Fruechte serves on the boards of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, Star Tribune, and Wenger Corporation.
