Twin Cities Business is proud to announce Notable Chief Operating Officers, a special editorial feature in TCB‘s print issues and online (tcbmag.com), highlighting leaders who are driving organizational success in Minnesota. You are invited to submit a nomination survey that will help us determine the honorees.

We are seeking standout diverse leaders who, over the past 12 to 18 months, have demonstrated outstanding leadership in overseeing operations, executing strategy, improving organizational performance and guiding their teams through growth and/or change. Before you begin the nomination process, please carefully review the nomination requirements (program overview and FAQ also included.) There is NO FEE to nominate.

Please complete all fields in the nomination form and click submit by 11:59 pm on July 19. There is no way to save your progress in the online form and return later. We will not accept revisions; take care that what you provide is accurate.

We recommend addressing some of these suggested topics: •Summary of exceptional accomplishments, specific initiatives, or programs that have created significant measurable results. •Impact on the Minnesota community such as leadership roles in non-profit groups, efforts regarding advocacy, involvement in community organizations, or leadership boards the nominee participates in. •Personal stamp: Define your candidate's personal leadership style and any unique qualities they have that led to their individual success. •Direct quotes from colleagues or leaders familiar with the nominee’s work (optional but encouraged) Submissions between 250-300 words that focus on the pas 12-18 months are the most likely to be considered (2000 characters max).
