Between 2020 and 2021, 2.3 million women dropped out of the labor force, according to the National Women’s Law Center. That was the final stroke to convince Tricia Dege, at the time CFO for hospitals and clinics at HealthPartners, that it was time to change her trajectory. “I loved the work that I did ... but it wasn’t my passion,” Dege says. What is her passion? Developing leaders. This June, she and business partner Amanda Schwager launched Twin Cities-based Mom Mastermind, a B2B professional coaching company to help businesses develop and retain high-performing and high-potential working women, including a year-long coaching program. In 2022, the company will add B2C services to coach women directly.
