Rynchek launched his digital marketing agency as a one-man show when he was 23 years old. Now, Spyder Trap is a $4 million company with 40 employees. And it moveed to a propitious location: the former headquarters of Olson, another agency that charged out of the gate. Spyder Trap also has clients on the East Coast and in Denver, where it opened a second office in 2012. As Rynchek gets his team settled in its new Minneapolis digs, he'll also make room for "in-house partnerships," where client staffers can office and work directly with Spyder Trap creatives.
