The Fulton formula: Gather four friends in a one-car garage and brew good beer. Petz, Hoffman, Grande, and Diley officially launched the business in 2009, initially contract brewing in Wisconsin and later adding a brewery in Minneapolis' North Loop, attracting more than 1,000 guests to the 10-hour launch party for Minneapolis' first taproom. Bursting at its seams, Fulton will begin brewing in late 2014 at its new 51,000-square-foot Northeast Minneapolis facility with an annual capacity of 20,000 barrels--and room to grow.
