A California native, Christine Moore moved to Minnesota in 2003 for a job with Best Buy, where she worked for nine years. She went on to lead global talent management for St. Paul-based Ecolab. In her current role with Allina Health, Moore oversees human resources, talent retention, and marketing communications at a precarious time for the health care industry. But she’s convinced that “well-being is really connected to our ability to recruit and retain.” That means taking a holistic view of health and wellness, as well as creating an inclusive environment. “We’re focused on the stories we tell that make us a great place to deliver and receive care.”
