Eden Prairie-based remodeler Options Exteriors ranked 24th on Inc. magazine’s 2022 roundup of the fastest-growing companies in the country. That put it in first place among Minnesota entrants on the list. CEO Aaron Bible, who founded the company in 2018, credits the rapid growth to a “relentless” work ethic and dedication to customers. “A lot of people in this space think, ‘It can wait until tomorrow.’ But if it can be done, we’re doing it. If you do enough of the right stuff, good money follows,” Bible says. His company has since partnered with private equity-backed Capital Construction Holdings, a move that will expand its offerings to 17 states.
