Vicki Heinz has 20 years of experience in talent management and acquisition, compensation, and as a human resources business partner. In the last three years at the Bloomington-based pharmacy benefit manager, Heinz helped develop a diversity and inclusion council, which has launched initiatives such as community rebuilding after the murder of George Floyd. Heinz also helped create five employee resource groups and responded to the needs of employees who are LGBTQ and/or veterans. Heinz is the grant committee chair for the Prime Together Foundation, which addresses inequality and injustice.
