Tim Schober has transformed how the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities engage with the community through a blend of creativity and strategic thinking. He has redefined what it means to market a mission-driven organization, using his strengths in crafting campaigns and cultivating lasting relationships that drive community connection and financial support. Schober leverages his network to expose club members to industries and career opportunities. He also founded the St. Paul-based organization’s association board, allowing space for emerging professionals to generate ideas, and expanded its outreach through monthly volunteer efforts. This has created new pathways for volunteer and donor engagement, helping the clubs grow.
