At Minneapolis-based U.S. Bank, Thomas “Tom” Zirbs leads a team of 2,900 employees across eight states who serve consumer and small business banking clients through checking and treasury management as well as financial literacy education and community service. Since stepping into this role in 2022, Zirbs has doubled down on his dedication to his team, his community, and his region’s clients. The Midwest region team has seen significant increases in client acquisition and employee and digital engagement under Zirbs’ direction. Leading by example, he serves on the boards of Project for Pride in Living and Summit Academy.
