Description

Terrance Newby has extensive experience assisting clients with intellectual property and complex commercial litigation needs. At Minneapolis firm Maslon, he has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country, including in a recent matter where he won a jury verdict for the operator of a historic theater in a breach-of-contract dispute with the city of Rochester. Newby is chair of Maslon’s DEI committee and is a regular volunteer with UPLIFT Legal Institute for Teens, a mock-trial program founded by Maslon in 2017 for underrepresented middle school students.
