As the global chief information officer at Donaldson Company, a $3.3 billion filtration products and solutions company based in Bloomington, Tammylynne Jonas drives innovative technology solutions around the world. She leads teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas in application development, infrastructure, architecture, data analytics, and security. As a female minority leader in the Minnesota tech community, Jonas makes it a point to champion and sponsor women and people of color in technology. She sits on the boards of the Minnesota Technology Association, Better Business Bureau, Minnesota CIO, and Second Harvest Heartland. Jonas also founded MN-FIT, a nonprofit that connects women in STEM. Founded in 2018, the group now lists more than 500 members.
