Susan Stiles founded Stiles Financial Services, an independent financial consulting firm, in 2000. The Edina firm emphasizes custom portfolio management and holistic advice solutions and specializes in advisory services for wealth management and retirement and pension plans. The firm has grown to a team of 11, which colleagues attribute to Stiles’ keen ability to listen and develop plans that meet client goals. She nurtures the Stiles Financial Community Service Fund, which made its most recent donation to Mocha Momma’s, a coffee shop that teaches career-building skills to underprivileged youth of color. Stiles is past president and treasurer of the Cornell Club of Minnesota and has been a Rotarian for the past decade. She makes a point to encourage her staff to volunteer for nonprofits.
