Steven Kenney’s work in human resources has taken him to many different environments around the globe, from corporations to owned and operated businesses and higher education. He came to St. Catherine University in St. Paul this year from Nicholls State University in Louisiana. At St. Kate’s, he oversees human resources, equity, and inclusion. In this role, he serves as a central resource for issues related to protected class discrimination and harassment, developing a strategy focused on talent management, and providing counsel to the board of directors. Beyond his university role, Kenney finds time to serve as an advisor, mentor, and tutor for youths and youth organizations.
