An early member of the Rally Ventures team, Stephanie McCoy was instrumental in laying the foundation for the Minneapolis venture capital firm. As CFO, she’s helped grow the firm to more than $1 billion in assets under management, making Rally one of the largest and most active investors in the Minnesota startup landscape. The firm has invested more than $120 million into 18 local startups. These companies have gone on to add more than 2,500 new jobs for Minnesotans and have created more than $5 billion in enterprise value. Rally recently announced the launch of Rally Ventures Fund V, its new $240 million early-stage venture capital fund. With an eye for internal improvement, McCoy also implemented a new equity management tool and a 401(k) plan for Rally team members.
