A pioneer in the field of sleep education with a background in sleep medicine, Sarah Moe recognized a need in the business community to address what she identified as a fatigue epidemic. She founded Minneapolis-based Sleep Health Specialists in 2015 on a mission to work with companies helping their employees achieve more restful sleep. Her clients have included Target, Clockwork, and the Minneapolis Foundation. Prior to 2020, she worked primarily in person, with a focus on Twin Cities companies. The pandemic forced her to pivot to digital workshops, which led to a broader base of clients all over the world.
